Worship in the Bible Course [Th105]
Discussions on the topic of Worship often bring up differences in the distinctions between private versus corporate, traditional versus modern, instrumental versus vocal, or lyrics versus style. This course addresses these differing perspectives on worship through the Old and New Testaments. Topics include defining worship terms in the Bible, the history of worship practices in culture, Moses' Tabernacle, and their implications for worship today. The material is designed to help pastors and worship leaders evaluate in tangible ways whether their worship service is accomplishing its intended purpose, which includes honoring God and impacting the lives of the worshiper. Whether you are musically gifted or not, worship is meant ot be the integral part of every Christian's relationship with Christ. You will walk away from this course with a clear picture of what the Bible has to say of worship.
